Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for our tutoring services. However, we do offer a paid trial class that allows new students to experience our services before committing to a larger package. This allows students and their families to make an informed decision about the best course of action for their academic needs. We always encourage open communication between the student, parents and tutors, so we can work together to ensure the best possible learning experience for everyone involved.

It depends on the type of lesson you have signed up for. If you have opted for 1 on 1 lessons, we do accept rescheduling, provided we are informed in advance. However, for group classes (classes with more than one student), rescheduling is not possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and lead to last-minute changes in your schedule, and that is why we offer recorded versions of our classes. This means that in case you miss a class, you can still access the recording later and catch up on what you missed. We believe that providing such flexibility is essential in ensuring our students' success and satisfaction.
